I've been taking pictures for a very long time, starting with a Kodak brownie camera, then sloshing around in the black and white darkroom for many years before finally succumbing to the convenience of digital.

I completed the professional photography program at the, sadly, no longer existent New England School of Photography where I focused on social documentary work.

I like to photograph people, but also enjoy the challenge of creating a strong image wherever I happen to be.

The photo of our cat Muffy, RIP,  won a pet photography contest I can't remember where or when.
